father and son surf board art movie
this is the second surf board that father & son doodled- the first is my personal long board- which i ride the crap out of at la push and Hobuck and other tiny beach breaks-
now i wish i had Scott Rowley build this board a little bigger so i could ride it- damn- i might never be strong enough to ride this six foot sluggy egg -
the art is actually drawn on to the first layer of glass and then the board is glass again - and then a super shiny gloss coat is applied
this is the board that hung in the window at KMOCA, and made it look like Kingston, New York's only surf shop

father & son crushed
interior of the Anne Bonney show- with tear drop paintings-art by the foot dispenser-and two giant doodles side by side on hand cranked barrel rolls x 16 feet
rolled up art and the shirt i will be killed in
a father and son team who keep firing each other and replacing each with new family members

this card is universally hated and despised- and i embrace it's fright-
father & son- spend weeks destroying images of each other and hacking, belittling, and criticizing the others art, drawing, painting pen style, ink choice and talentmy favorite painting- sold in ten seconds
i need to hijack this blog for my own nefarious purpose-
Jake and i are getting back together to work on a bigger far more crushable dream-
until that day you may look at some pieces of art and ephemera from our two passed shows-
thnx-father

new wallpaper
i think my camera is screwy or my eyes don't focus anymore or both, sweet lord i need a new camera and glasses
these are the cards i bomb the streets with- again- i know i really need to cut some new blocks but my shoulder has just healed from the last woodblocks i cut-
and i have to get my blurry show all together if i'm going on vacation this summer- doubtful
come to Fuel Coffee on capital hill to see the show, it's in September- i wont be there with my lips flapping- talking about myself incessantly-
i'm going to hire a very plain cute girl to play my role- go to functions talk to people, shake hands with oldsters and talk about art- not; slack line-surfing-dogs- van living- urban hiking-physical activities-party knives-bombs-pie-tea-coffee shops- log jams- berry poaching- my neighbors-some violent film i watched-sc-fi books- the novel Cruddy- she's going to be sincere and really interested in photography art and other people
this cupcake is outta here-

one million post cards
little paintings within the context of a larger whole-ROYGBI [RED ORANGE YELLOW GREEN BLUE INDIGO WITH NO ROOM VIOLET]
this weekend in the van living alone the wife and kids have left me- while drawing postcards i have thought it would be a funny idea to try/just make an attempt at a show of one million paintings-
i tried to paint a million-
would i have to build a larger studio-give up my future day job ?but i don't even think i could afford that many postcards to paint on. they cost about $5.00 for twenty, i know i could buy them cheaper in bulk, is there even enough water in the world for such a stupid attempt- here goes-
just a silly summer time ideahave fun-

commisioned art

this is the cause of my painters block, i know, i know life is hard for me, worried about my finger painting while the world around me crashes and burns, but shit, this is a commissioned piece for the lovely Suja and Richard, a wedding gift, which must be created with love, and weighs heavy on my shoulders, but i am almost done. i really like these two pieces
the reason that these paintings are so hard is that, i have already painted 1400 of them, have had four shows with them, two hundred of the best are hanging in Poughkeepsie, NY, at a place called SoulDog, a vegan gluten free bakery lunch spot. go there now, buy 200 paintings,
so this show is difficult, my hands aren't used to painting this small, had to quit drinking coffee, couldn't find double0 liner brushes, i've been obsessed with physical fitness
any way a very difficult commission
thank you
i am done bitching- on with the pie
